What the Business Has To Offer

Once franchised, instructors are far from alone in their “F.I.T.™” business. Each instructor receives a wide variety of quality support services from “F.I.T.™”.

  • Programmes and Routines Every six months, instructors will receive documentation of new and innovative programmes and routines structured by program in house programme heads. These programmes and routines are pre-approved by a health and fitness specialist so as to ensure the safest and most effective schedule and workout. Free from the time-consuming responsibility of creating new programmes and schedules week after week, instructors can focus their attention on operating a fun and challenging business.
  • Business Center Instructors will eventually be able to search programme and routine notes in the online “F.I.T.™” Programmes and Routines Database. This database features specially programmed elements to help franchisees put together new programme and routines.
  • Instructor Zone will be an online resource center, the Instructor Zone, houses business tools and information used by all instructors to promote their businesses.
  • District Managers Instructors receive business and instruction guidance from district managers, all of whom are instructors themselves, and from corporate staff.
  • Class Formats “F.I.T.™” offers a variety of class formats to appeal to customers of all ages and fitness levels, which allows instructors to target specific markets.
  • Marketing “F.I.T.™” provides marketing expertise and materials, including print advertisement templates, nationally coordinated cross-promotions, and TV and radio spots, to name a few.
  • Public Relations “F.I.T.™” instructors will travel regularly travel throughout the country and internationally to sports conventions, speaking engagements, and media interviews to promote “F.I.T.™”.
  • Education A continuous flow of timely information on health/physiology, marketing, public relations, teaching techniques, and accounting methods is supplied through a franchisee hotline, newsletter, regional conventions, and local district meetings.
  • Incentives The Further Instructor Training (FIT) program awards credits for selected readings, course work, and educational seminars. “F.I.T.™” also recognizes franchisees for years of service.
  • Community Service Instructors are encouraged to participate in community service opportunities, specific programmes done for local schools and “F.I.T.™” sponsored benefit classes to raise money for charities of choice.
  • Conventions “F.I.T.™” will host exciting sports and fitness conventions for instructors and their customers in a variety of different countries.
