PLATINUM – 36 SESSIONS
GOLD – 24 SESSIONS
SILVER – 18 SESSIONS
BRONZE – 12 SESSIONS
The student athlete will be placed in the age appropriate
program (with skill level taken into consideration
as well). 2 to 3 training sessions per week is recommended
for all training programs.
Programme Levels:
Youth Programme (Ages 11 and under)
Developmental Programme I (Ages 12 to 14)
Developmental Programme II (Ages 15 to 18)
