TRAINING SESSIONS |






All World Sports Institute’s “F.I.T.™” training sessions are designed from Explode Program Cards (EPC). The coach uses these pre-determined training session cards to lead the student through the day's training session.
The training sessions are comprised of the following activities:

  • General Warm-up
  • Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
  • Movement Skill (Linear or Multi-Directional Movement)
  • Applied Movement Skill
  • Strength, Power and Balance (exercises determined from individual workout cards)
  • Static Stretches to Cool Dow

After completing all sessions in the World Sports Institute’s “F.I.T.™” training program, ask about our On-going Developmental Programs. The student athlete must have completed at least 36 sessions to apply for this program.
